Brief
Biography
Randall grew
up on the crossroads of North-Central Indiana (in the heartland) just
north of Indianapolis. After taking all the art, design and drafting
classes that his high school had to offer, Randall enrolled at Purdue
University's College of Technology and graduated with degrees in
Graphics Technology and Organizational Leadership.
After
graduation, his career began working as a Graphic Artist for Boeing
Company in St. Louis and later ventured west to Seattle in chase of the
great tech boom (at least the tail end of it). Randall quickly adapted
to the beautiful Northwest, working for an online learning company, an
enterprise software company and also began freelancing for several
technology clients.
In late 2002,
Randall accepted a position as Creative Director with a health care
distribution company in Florida that specialized in physical therapy and
fitness products. This move gave Randall a new role with a great deal of
freedom in the creative process and he'd also take on the responsibility
of managing the design and production of large 200+ page print catalogs,
online stores and building the brand and web presence for several online
businesses.
Since coming
to the Sunshine State, Randall has consulted with dozens of companies in
the areas of print and online marketing communications. Not to mention,
it is here where he met his wife, an elementary teacher and Florida
native, who holds a Master's in Education from UF (Go Gators).
Now, several
years later, Randall is working as a freelance design consultant and in
search of his next great opportunity. When he's not working, Randall
enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, landscape and wildlife
photography, digital video, playing harmonica and ukulele, and
volunteering in his church and community.
